MPWard Enterprises, Inc. (MEI) wants every visitor — including people using assistive technology — to be able to read, navigate, and act on this website. Accessibility is part of how we build, not an afterthought.

Our standard

We aim for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Every key page of this site passes automated accessibility audits (Lighthouse/axe) with a perfect score. Automated testing cannot catch everything, so we also review pages by hand as the site evolves.

What we have implemented

• Semantic structure: meaningful headings in order, landmarks, and descriptive link text.
• A color palette checked for WCAG AA contrast on every text/background combination.
• Full keyboard operability with visible focus indicators.
• Pinch-zoom and text scaling are never blocked.
• Motion is subtle, and the prefers-reduced-motion setting disables animation entirely.
• Alternative text on meaningful images; decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
• Forms with proper labels, clear error messages, and no time limits.
• A responsive layout that works from small phones to large desktops.

Known limitations

Some third-party components — such as the payment processor’s checkout fields — are provided by outside vendors, and their internal accessibility is outside our direct control. Older downloadable documents may not yet meet the same standard as our web pages; we are improving these over time.

Compatibility

This site is built to work with current versions of major browsers and with common screen readers on desktop and mobile.

If any part of this site is difficult to use with assistive technology, please tell us — we treat accessibility reports as bugs and fix them with the same urgency.
